Rediculous how the Council handles those cars. Look at those chains. They could easily damage the paintwork !!!

They'll do the same (after three warnings, admittedly) if you don't pay Congestion Charge. Nice :-)

they tow it, if you don't pay cc, but they trash it after a month if you don't pay tax. Ooops, I'm being german again...
